TT length is 23" - Medium. You can't change the size of the rear shock.

You can upgrade the spring for something heavier, like 500lbs. Thats what I plan on doing!

I'm holding out for a Marz Roco but it is backordered. Let me know how your Van R works out. I've got a cheaper Van on there right now and it seems mushy.

That's cool I have a Slash Coil 5" that I'm bulding up and will hopefully ride it this weekend. How did you switch out the rear suspension? Mine came with a crap air shock, so I swapped out my Fox Van R with it! You should post some pics. Later - Nate
